The NIC(National Institure of Commerce) founded by Prof. Pankaj Kumar runs under Jan Seva Educational Trust. NIC is a "Facilitation Centre" of NIELIT. The NIC is a Training provider of Domain Skilling Centre of Bihar Skill Development Patna(Bihar).

The NIC provides high quality computer education with incredibly high standard at a very low cost. The NIC skill mission is to create a pool of high quality software professionals who will meet the demanding needs of multinational organizations for tomorrow's challenges.
